Customer Reservation Consultant
Remote Flexible Schedule Training Provided
Were looking for organized service-focused individuals to help customers with reservation requests research confirmations and general planning support.
As a Customer Reservation Consultant youll help clients compare options organize important details and stay informed throughout the reservation process. Depending on the request this may include accommodations transportation activities scheduling or other itinerary-related details.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
What Youll Do
- Respond to reservation inquiries
- Gather dates preferences and customer needs
- Research and compare available options
- Assist with confirmations and scheduling
- Communicate updates and next steps
- Help with changes or special requests
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support select accommodation transportation or activity details
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Reliable follow-through
- Comfort researching information online
- Ability to manage multiple requests
- Confidence using email and web-based systems
- Ability to work independently
- Adaptability when plans change
Experience in customer service hospitality reservations scheduling sales support or administration can be helpful but it is not required.
