Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Compensation: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, *flexible start time 7AM/8:00 AM – 4PM/5:00 PM
Interview Requirement: In-person

Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Human Resources Admin/Payroll Specialist to support HR operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes, effective onboarding, and compliance with labor and food safety regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a production-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Process weekly/biweekly payroll accurately and on time

·         Maintain employee records and HR documentation

·         Assist with onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations

·         Support recruiting and hiring activities

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

·         Respond to employee payroll and HR inquiries in English and Spanish

Qualifications

·         1-2yrs. experience in a HR support role and bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

·         Previous experience processing payroll utilizing Paylocity preferred.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

·         Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Alchemy (LMS) software is a plus.
