Engineering Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment within the hotel, ensuring that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. An Engineering Supervisor maintains high morale for the engineering shift; teaches engineering staff how to maintain and repair equipment; solicits suggestions or input from other members of the engineering team; coaches or counsels team members effectively; staffs consistently to achieve standards for the department; and discusses problems with employees as they arise.
