The Senior Account Manager will work alongside the Group Account Director to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. This individual also needs to be a strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account while managing the tactical components of running the daily business. Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans. The perfect candidate will have either senior agency experience and production management experience within 2D print, displays, and premiums with a proven track record for delivering client solutions and nurturing relationships.
You will be responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of communication with existing clients and developing relationships and ways of working with new clients. You will be coordinating and liaising with the global team and operations team to deliver your objectives.
You will be a confident'self starter' with excellent communication, relationship building and organizational skills. This role combines pitching and strategic planning as well as driving excellent project delivery for existing clients. Strong client facing and presentation skills are essential as is a strategic brain and the ability to question the norm and look outside the box.

- Media and discipline neutral, the Senior Account Manager proactively finds opportunity by looking for the best way of maximizing delivery for the brand and driving this opportunity with our clients.
- Working with internal studio and strategic suppliers to deliver the best solutions. The Senior Account Manager will have the ability to influence client thinking to produce outstanding results.
- Our ideal candidate will also have an intuitive understanding of agency operations and be able to direct strategy and work with the teams.
- Attending WIPs and meetings and taking / influencing key briefs from clients showing a clear understanding of requirements and cascade to local teams globally.
- Deliver excellent service to client with a professional 'can do' attitude at all times.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key contacts.
- Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high-quality standards
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Strong client service experience and has built credible customer relationships at senior level.
- Sound financial reporting and forecasting experience.
- Good understanding of marketing services concepts
- Naturally builds and maintains rapport with the client.
- Is comfortable analyzing and interpreting financial data and produces accurate reports.
- Works collaboratively with others in pursuit of team goals.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Takes a logical and systematic approach to work.
- Takes a flexible approach to work and encourages others to do so.
- Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to understand current/changing business strategy and participate in delivering it.

- Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills.
