Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Training Specialist fluent in Japanese to join our team at Rise Data Labs. In this role, you will leverage your linguistic expertise and attention to detail to train and improve AI models through data annotation and labeling. You will play a crucial role in reviewing and validating AI-generated content for accuracy, ensuring high-quality data for machine learning applications. Key Responsibilities Annotate and label data sets to train AI models effectively. Review AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance. Provide domain expertise to enhance AI model performance. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Experience with data annotation and AI training processes. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic understanding of machine learning concepts. Preferred Qualifications Experience in linguistics or language processing. Familiarity with AI tools and software. Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry.
