Patient Support Representative

Randstad is currently seeking motivated and compassionate Patient Support Representatives for immediate, temporary openings with our partner, CareTria, in Louisville, KY! If you have great communication skills, a passion for helping others, and are looking to kickstart a rewarding role right away, we want to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare support industry with a steady, full-time schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This project pays $17.00 / hour and is a temporary position running through September.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound pharmacy phone lines, answering requests from patients and healthcare providers.

• Balance priorities between calls, voicemail follow-ups, and inbound emails.

• Provide first-call resolutions, update systems accurately, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.

• Provide medication availability, tracking, and shipping updates.
