Job Description

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to AHCA regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with applicable codes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports and documentation.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Ensure effective communication between all project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of construction.
