Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse for an exciting travel assignment in Louisville, KY. This role requires expertise in emergency room nursing to manage a fast-paced environment with a wide range of patient needs. Candidates must have at least two years of ER experience and must be adept in trauma care.

Key Responsibilities of the ER Registered Nurse

• Perform IV starts and insert foleys and NG tubes
• Conduct neuro assessments, including NIHSS
• Triage and manage codes
• Initiate/titrate pressors, cardiac drips, sedation, and insulin
• Provide care for critical patients, including hyper/hypothermia management
• Assist with bedside procedures, providing moderate sedation

Requirements of the ER Registered Nurse

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
