Sales Director

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Sales Director to lead sales efforts at Ranch Estates at Scottsdale, a premier senior living community in Scottsdale, AZ. Position Summary The Sales Director drives occupancy and revenue growth by leading all sales efforts—from lead generation to close—while building strong referral relationships and delivering an exceptional experience for prospective residents and families. Key Responsibilities Consultative Guidance: Help families evaluate care needs, including independent living, assisted living, or memory care. Prospect Engagement: Introduce prospective residents and families to staff and current residents. Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families. Referral Relationships: Develop relationships with local healthcare referral sources, including hospitals, social workers, and other community partners. Occupancy & Census Goals: Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through move-in to achieve occupancy and census targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with wellness directors, nursing teams, and other community staff to ensure seamless transitions. Leadership & Team Development Partner with Executive Director to build a strong sales culture Train and coach team members on sales process, customer experience, and inquiry handling Lead and support sales team performance (as applicable) Operational Excellence Maintain accurate, timely CRM documentation (leads, referrals, metrics) Demonstrate deep knowledge of pricing, services, and care offerings Uphold confidentiality, resident rights, and professional standards Collaborate across departments to support a seamless move-in experience Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is strongly preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Minimum of five years of relevant senior living industry experience with proven results. Proficient in computer utilization including: Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database systems. Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency with email processes and etiquette. Demonstrate a positive attitude and interpersonal skills to work with various people including associates, residents, families, and professionals.
