Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables from initial handoff through final punch list completion. Engineering & Drafting Review: Review architectural blueprints, submittals, and shop drawings. Partner directly with internal engineering and shop leads to resolve structural/design details prior to production. Budget & Scope Management: Track labor and material costs against schedule of values, process scope revisions, and issue timely change orders. Procurement: Coordinate sourcing for custom veneers, solid woods, specialty hardware, stone, metal, and integrated third-party materials.
