Business Development Coordinator

We are excited to be working on a really unique role in the BD space, focusing on lateral partner integration, something that we feel is exciting for someone who wants to take their career away from doing the more administrative side of BD, as this role will require no bids or directories work. You will work closely with a senior professional also based in New York, who also transitioned their career away from a more traditional BD role, giving you a great platform to learn and develop. Core duties required in the role: Help develop and execute 24-month integration plans for lateral partners globally, driving progress against key milestones and aligning with both individual business cases and firm strategy. Support lateral partners in navigating the firm by coordinating meetings, providing preparation and guidance, and facilitating connections across practices, sectors, regions, and business functions to accelerate cultural and operational integration. Support internal and external profile-raising initiatives, in partnership with the Communications team. Assist with client mapping, target development, and internal introductions to accelerate commercial opportunities and deepen client engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
