School Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse | Contract & Contract-to-Hire Work Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts Hours: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three shifts per week (flexible) Hourly Rate: $38.00 - $43.00 Lincoln Healthcare is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple Contract-to-Hire School Nurse opportunities with a respected client in the education sector. Responsibilities Provide nursing assessment, triage, and care for students with acute and chronic health conditions. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school policies. Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions. Maintain accurate health records and documentation. Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health and wellness. Provide health education and wellness support to students and staff. Qualifications Current CPR/BLS certification required. School nursing, pediatric, urgent care, emergency, or public health experience preferred. CPR instruction/training experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to work independently in a school setting.
