Cash & Treasury Coordinator

Temporary | Farmington, CT (on-site)
$30-45/hr, based on experience

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in cash or treasury operations, including cash handling, bank account activities, reconciliations, and payment processing.
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in bank websites/portals or treasury management systems required

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash & Treasury Coordinator to support daily cash operations, banking activities, and treasury-related administrative functions. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with 2+ years of experience in hands-on cash management, bank account support, reconciliations, and general accounting administration.

Responsibilities

Handle daily cash operations, including receiving, tracking, and processing cash collections.
Support vault operations by receiving cash bags, maintaining logs, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Coordinate armored carrier activity, including Brinks pickups and cash processing procedures.
Process remote deposits for checks and other payment activity.
Assist with bank account management, reconciliations, and research of discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and database information related to treasury activities.
Provide administrative support for cash management processes, reporting, and other treasury functions.
Collaborate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
