Position Summary The Compensation Analyst supports the administration and execution of compensation programs and processes. Responsibilities include job architecture activities, market benchmarking, salary survey participation, compensation operations, and annual compensation cycle support within a collaborative HR and Total Rewards environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and execute annual compensation processes, including merit planning and incentive cycle activities. Prepare benchmarking data to support compensation recommendations and market competitiveness assessments. Participate in compensation surveys, gathering, validating, and analyzing market data. Support job architecture activities: job documentation, matching, and maintenance of compensation‑related job data. Maintain salary structures, compensation records, and market pricing data. Implement and enhance compensation tools, systems upgrades, and operational processes. Support compensation operations activities such as audits, data validation, and process documentation. Partner with HRIS, Payroll, HR Operations, and Compensation teams to ensure accurate and timely administration. Contribute to compensation‑related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide a customer‑focused approach balancing accuracy, responsiveness, and high‑quality service delivery. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Typically requires 1–3 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical function. Relevant experience includes compensation analysis, market benchmarking, salary surveys, or HR operations activities. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, high attention to detail, and data accuracy are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday and compensation tools, are required. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and strong written and verbal communication skills are also needed. Minimum Requirements / Knowledge Desired Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive work experience. Basic knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, salary surveys, and compensation administration practices. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Experience working with HRIS systems, reporting tools, or compensation platforms. Familiarity with AI tools and technology applied in HR, analytics, and compensation processes. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. Compensation Overview Location: Tampa, FL – Annual base salary range: $64,940–$78,692. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility. Final compensation is decided based on demonstrated experience. Benefits Health Coverage: Medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision care.
