Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine tools to produce parts and assemblies
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to determine machining operations
• Perform machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, honing, grinding, and fastening
• Use precision instruments to measure, mark, and scribe dimensions
• Monitor and verify product quality using statistical process control or other methodologies
• Perform routine maintenance such as replacing filters, maintaining lubrication/coolant levels, and basic preventative tasks
• Move products within the manufacturing area using assigned equipment
• Support continuous flow by training and assisting peers
• Complete additional duties as assigned by leadership with appropriate training

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• High School Diploma/GED or WorkKeys Assessment completion
