Production Worker
Job Title: Production Worker Employment Type: Full Time Location: Kinston, NC Pay: $ 16 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm Job Summary: The Production Worker is responsible for accurately processing work orders, fabricating and preparing materials, assembling and packaging customer orders, and supporting daily production operations. This position requires the safe operation of power equipment, accurate measurement and basic mathematical skills, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: • Read & interpret work orders • Use power equipment to fabricate materials per work order • Pull and box/bundle orders for shipment • Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication & division) Required Qualifications: Must have forklift operation experience • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted • Must be able to read a tape measure • Must be able to work as scheduled Preferred Qualifications:
- Desired but not required experience: production, CNC machine (router), miter saw, fencing knowledge
- Previous fencing industry or fencing installation knowledge.
