The Opportunity As part of the Risk and Compliance team, you will support the Corporate Finance function by managing essential administrative tasks and maintaining compliance with internal protocols. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of our operations. Responsibilities Manage essential administrative functions within the Corporate Finance team Verify adherence to internal compliance protocols and standards Analyze intricate issues and propose viable solutions Mentor and guide junior team members in their development Cultivate substantial relationships with clients to enhance service delivery Navigate operational complexities to support team objectives Contribute to the enhancement of personal branding and technical skills Assist in the overall success of the firm through collaborative efforts What You Must Have High School Diploma At least 2 years of experience What Sets You Apart Proven experience in managing executive support tasks Demonstrating proficiency in compliance and onboarding processes Excelling in managing employee data and records Utilizing Salesforce for accurate data retrieval Managing marketing branding and deck updates Creating and maintaining expense review reports Supporting accounts payable and invoicing processes Managing offsite record retention processes Familiarity with technology management and support The salary range for this position is: $70,700 - $127,300. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
