Your Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing service orders and the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service. Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether over the phone or in person. Distributing work efficiently among technicians and ensuring the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold. Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintaining customer happiness scores at or above company standards. Assisting in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts, and overseeing warranty claims. Collaborating with upper management on hiring and disciplinary decisions for the service department. Qualifications: We’re seeking a service-oriented individual who is eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. You should have: Previous experience as an automotive service advisor. Demonstrated ability to manage others. Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results. Organized and friendly personality with fantastic communication skills. Time management skills and the ability to work with little supervision. A professional, well-groomed personal appearance. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age.
