Executive Chef – Growing Restaurant Group We are a rapidly expanding, independent restaurant group seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. With multiple new concepts in development, we’re looking for a driven and talented individual to help us scale with consistency, creativity, and operational excellence. What We Offer 100% employer-sponsored health insurance Monthly performance-based bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) Cell phone allowance Complimentary parking Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and inspire back-of-house staff across all levels Oversee all culinary operations, including menu development, food cost management, and execution standards Ensure consistency and quality across multiple concepts and locations Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Foster a positive and professional kitchen culture Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house management on concept development and guest experience Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative culinary techniques and seasonal ingredients Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environment Proven success in a leadership role as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine Strong understanding of food and labor cost control and budget management Ability to develop and execute seasonal, creative, and profitable menus Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Experience implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) Adept at hiring, training, and retaining culinary talent TIPs and ServSafe certification required Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred This is a hands‑on role for a passionate culinary professional who is excited to help shape the direction of a growing brand.
