ADAPEIC - ASI - Commis de cuisine CDI USSEL temps partiel (H/F) L'Adapei de la Corrèze recrute pour son ESAT d'USSEL, situé à USSEL : Un Agent de Service Intérieur (ASI) Commis de cuisine H/F Contrat à Durée Indéterminée - Temps partiel 25h/semaine. Missions et profil du poste Assurer la gestion des repas en liaison froide Réaliser la remise en température des repas dans le respect du Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire Dresser les plats pour le service Adapter la prestation aux besoins et aux demandes inhérents à la qualité d'accompagnement des personnes accueillies (organisation du service, régimes, textures) Effectuer l'entretien, le rangement et le nettoyage du poste de travail, des ustensiles, des équipements et de la cuisine Effectuer la plonge Réceptionner, contrôler les marchandises et les stocker Compétences requises Savoir / Savoir-faire Connaître et appliquer les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaires HACCP Capacité à travailler dans un contexte pluridisciplinaire et à adopter un mode relationnel adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap accueillies Savoir organiser son poste de travail et prioriser les tâches Savoir-être Autonomie, polyvalence et responsabilité Rapidité et qualité d'exécution Rémunération Selon CCN 66 - Reprise d'ancienneté possible. Diplômes requis CAP-BEP Cuisine. Expérience souhaitée de 2 ans agent cuisine.
