Safety Coordinator

Qualifications 2+ years of safety, EHS, or related experience (data center preferred, not required) Knowledge of EHS regulations and safety best practices Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word) Strong communication and training/presentation skills Ability to analyze data, investigate incidents, and drive process improvements Self-motivated with ability to work independently and cross-functionally Summary Supports site safety operations by ensuring compliance with EHS standards, delivering training, and promoting a safe work environment across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients and site leadership to implement and maintain safety programs Lead safety meetings, trainings, and employee education on EHS standards Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments Investigate incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and implement prevention plans Track and analyze safety data, maintain documentation, and update dashboards Ensure compliance with OSHA and other federal/state regulations Manage PPE needs and recommend safety equipment improvements Support programs such as ergonomics, hazard communication, and chemical safety Provide guidance to managers and employees on safety practices and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
