In this role, you'll help engineering teams move faster by creating reusable tools, templates, and examples that simplify how AI is built and delivered across the organization.As an AI Platform Enablement Analyst, you will help engineering teams adopt AI effectively by building the foundational tools, starter kits, and reference implementations that make AI development easier and more consistent. You'll work at the intersection of platform engineering and application development, focusing on hands-on engineering and developer experience. Your work will directly impact how quickly teams can design, build, and ship AI-enabled products.ResponsibilitiesBuild reusable SDKs, sample applications, and reference implementations to support AI-enabled software developmentCreate developer tooling that supports local development, testing, evaluation, debugging, and deployment of AI workloadsTranslate platform capabilities into clear technical documentation, implementation guides, and onboarding resourcesDevelop templates and examples for common AI use cases such as chat assistants, summarization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based workflowsPartner with product and engineering teams to support adoption and promote consistent, scalable AI solutionsGather feedback from early adopters and continuously improve tools, documentation, and the overall developer experienceSupport internal demos, workshops, hackathons, and innovation initiatives that showcase AI capabilitiesWhat Success Looks LikeEngineers can quickly get started building AI solutions without needing deep platform expertiseAI capabilities are easier to use, easier to understand, and trusted by development teamsReusable patterns reduce duplicated effort and improve consistency and quality across teamsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience7-12 years experience developing backend services, APIs, or developer platforms. Preferred Python or Java7-12 years experience creating reusable libraries, SDKs, templates, or internal frameworks used by other engineers2-3 years working knowledge of AI or machine-learning-powered application developmentCore CompetenciesDeveloper enablement and platform thinkingProblem solving and systems designCollaboration across engineering and product teamsContinuous learning and improvementFocus on usability, reliability, and scalabilityPlease note: This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
