• 2+ years of Jira experience

• Experience documenting and tracking tickets/cases
• Experience managing support requests and troubleshooting workflows
• Ability to lead meetings, status calls, and issue resolution discussions

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Concur Team Support Analyst for a top entertainment industry client. This individual will serve as the primary support resource for a large global SAP Concur environment, acting as the first point of contact for travel and expense related issues while partnering closely with business users, leadership teams, and technical resources. This is not a traditional help desk role. The ideal candidate will have a consultative, business-focused approach, enjoy working directly with stakeholders, and take ownership of issues from start to finish.
