Strategic Initiatives Project ManagerThis role manages strategic projects, including research, assessments, and follow-through on approved recommendations. The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager clarifies needs, recommends scope and delivery approaches for leadership approval, and manages execution from initial brief through final review and implementation follow-through. Alongside delivery, this person identifies recurring initiative types and builds practical playbooks, a centralized vendor library, and reusable project resources that make future work easier to scope and manage. They use approved AI tools and automation to improve research synthesis, project coordination, documentation, and reporting.At Client, we focus deeply on our customers' experience. The Growth Operations team designs, activates, and improves the organizational systems, capabilities, and experiences to scale Client Ads. This individual contributor manages cross-functional initiatives, turning evolving requests into clear plans and delivered outcomes.
