IT Project Manager

Project Manager / IT Project Coordinator Required Education Bachelor's Degree OR 4 years of job-related work experience OR 2 years of job-related experience Associate's degree (any major) Required Work Experience Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams Required Technologies Microsoft Windows applications: Word Excel Outlook SharePoint Online PowerPoint Visio Microsoft Project Teams Familiarity with the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Nice to Have Azure Boards Microsoft Project Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead 1–5 concurrent projects within a strong matrix environment using SDLC methodologies Develop and maintain: Project plans Communication plans Risk management plans Project documentation/artifacts Manage projects from: Initiation Execution Implementation Closure Ensure deliverables are: Completed on time Within scope Within budget Aligned with BCBSSC standards Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders through: Meetings Status reports Recaps Correspondence Monitor: Resource requirements Assigned deliverables Project budgets and hours Identify and manage: Risks Issues Scope changes Resource constraints Provide written and verbal project status updates as needed Required Soft Skills Strong organizational skills Demonstrated IT project management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Dependability and accountability Adaptability in fast-paced environments Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skillsaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
