Maxton, NC**### ### ***** ### Medical, dental, and vision insurance* ### Virtual healthcare through telemedicine* ### Optional wellness programs, including pet insurance* ### 401k with 6% employer match* ### 15 paid vacation days and 10 paid holidays annually* ### Tuition assistance and professional development programs* ### Full-time, on-site role located in Maxton, North Carolina* ### Compensation will be discussed transparently early in the interview process to ensure alignment### ### ### **What You Will Do:*** ### Manage plant accounting processes* ### Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and planning* ### Maintain standard costs and bills of materials* ### Oversee physical inventory, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation* ### Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP* ### Review labor, materials, overhead, distribution costs, and inventory variances* ### Participate in daily and weekly cross-functional production meetings* ### Support internal control enhancements and asset protection* ### Supervise front office administrative activities### ### ### **What You Bring:** **Required Qualifications*** ### Bachelor’s degree in accounting* ### 5 or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment* ### Knowledge of GAAP* ### Experience with ERP systems* ### Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency### ### **Preferred Qualifications*** ### Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments* ### Knowledge of standard cost systems* ### Experience verifying production processes and performing plant walkthroughs### ### ### **Location*** ### Maxton, North Carolina* ### Full-Time.
