Richmond Street Automotive is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician who takes pride in doing the job right and wants to build a long-term career with a professional, growing repair shop.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles while working alongside an experienced team that believes in doing things right the first time.

You'll handle work such as:

• Diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting

• Brakes, steering, and suspension

• Engine and drivability repairs

• Cooling systems

• HVAC and A/C

• Maintenance services

• Timing chains and major repairs

• Alignments

• Inspections and preventative maintenance

You won't be expected to figure everything out alone. We work as a team, share knowledge, and assign work based on technician skill level.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want someone who:

• Has 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience

• Can diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently

• Takes pride in quality workmanship

• Understands that comebacks cost everyone

• Can follow processes and procedures

• Wants to continue learning

• Shows up ready to work

• Helps the team instead of creating drama

• Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
