If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and assist in the cooking process for various menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure quality standards. Assist chefs in plating and presentation of dishes. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Participate in daily kitchen prep and cleaning tasks. Adapt to changing menus and special requests with a positive attitude. Requirements: Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Passion for food and commitment to quality service.
