OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING! Facilities/Equipment Maintenance
Location: Sherwood, Oregon
Compensation: $28-$30 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Who We Are
Our client is a large, well-established manufacturer of heavy equipment machinery and is seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support their team.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the facility by repairing, updating, or replacing equipment and infrastructure as needed
• Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, operational, and in good working condition
• Perform preventative maintenance on moving equipment(forklifts, hysters etc.)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues on-site
• Address and resolve a wide range of facility-related needs, from minor repairs (e.g., replacing switches or fixtures) to larger projects such as re-striping the parking lot
• Respond proactively to issues as they arise and ensure minimal operational downtime

What You Need to Have

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Moving equipment maintenance and repair experience (forklifts, hysters, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent attendance and reliability
