Registered Nurse - Emergency Department Charge Nurse

Seeking a registered nurse to lead and coordinate unit staffing, ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical objectives. Responsibilities Include Assigning, educating, and monitoring nursing and support staff during shifts. Assessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignments. Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes. Evaluating care effectiveness, addressing issues impacting patient outcomes, and responding to care complaints. Contributing to staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Maintaining safety and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing. Minimum of one year of registered nurse experience. Valid professional nursing license and relevant certifications, including BLS and ALS or equivalent specialties. Skills & Physical Requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and assessment skills. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks frequently.
