Senior Service Manager – Commercial Roofing Austin, TX $110,000 – $120,000 Base Salary (dependent on experience) + Benefits + Long-Term Growth Opportunity If you've successfully built, scaled, and led a commercial roofing service department, this is an opportunity to shape something much bigger than a single branch. Our client is a well-established commercial roofing contractor with multiple locations and an outstanding reputation in the industry. They have a strong foundation in service, repair, and maintenance, but are now looking for a leader who can build the systems, processes, and team needed to take their service division to the next level. This isn't a role where you'll simply manage what's already in place. You'll be responsible for creating a scalable service operation that supports multiple offices, develops future leaders, and delivers an exceptional customer experience across every market. What You'll Do Lead the development and growth of the commercial roofing service division across six locations. Build standardized processes for service, maintenance, inspections, and customer communication. Formalize and expand the preventative maintenance program. Develop strategies to grow both existing customer relationships and new service accounts. Recruit, mentor, and develop Service Managers and future leaders within the organization. Provide leadership to approximately 25 service and field employees across multiple markets. Improve operational efficiency, scheduling, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Partner closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to build a long-term growth strategy. Travel between offices as needed (typically around one week per month). What We're Looking For Minimum of five years of leadership experience within commercial roofing service. Strong understanding of service operations, maintenance programs, repairs, inspections, and emergency response. Proven experience building or significantly improving a service department. Experience creating scalable systems, processes, and accountability. Comfortable leading multiple teams across different locations. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer service, operational excellence, and profitability. Bachelor's degree preferred. Branch Managers who have successfully built and grown commercial roofing service operations are encouraged to apply. Why This Opportunity?
