New C2C Role Senior Business Analyst | Hybrid - Austin, TX

Position Title: Senior Business Analyst Level: Business Analyst 3 Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX Key Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation & Analysis Gather and analyze business needs, processes, and system capabilities Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops (JAD), and surveys Perform workflow and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities Requirements Documentation & Visualization Develop clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements, User Stories & Use Cases Create wireframes, mockups, and process flows aligned with UX best practices SDLC Participation & Tools Usage Actively participate in all SDLC phases Utilize tools such as Jira and Modern Requirementsfor: Requirement tracking Change management Status reporting Work Management & Coordination Manage requirement traceability and change control processes Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ensure timely delivery of project milestones AI & Automation Initiatives Contribute to AI and automation use case intake and prioritization Support development of governance frameworks and readiness assessments Document risk assessments (privacy, security, compliance) Build backlog of AI/automation opportunities Produce knowledge transfer documentation Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in: Requirements elicitation and documentation Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Business process re-engineering User stories and use case development Wireframing and UX-aligned design 5+ years of experience in: Stakeholder communication and facilitation Technical writing and documentation 1+ year of experience in: AI & Automation concepts and feasibility analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience with Atlassian Jira (3+ years) Experience with Modern Requirements (3+ years) Prior experience with TEA or other education/state agencies (2+ years) Knowledge of K-12 instructional materials or procurement processes Experience with Microsoft Power Automate #J-18808-Ljbffr Tech Mirrors
