Primary Care Physician 100% Outpatient | Value-Based Care | Phoenix, AZ making over $300k year 1 Location: Phoenix, AZ We are hiring Primary Care Physicians for a modern, value-based care (VBC) model focused exclusively on the Medicare Advantage population. These are 100% outpatient roles. Designed for physicians who want to practice relationship-driven care in a supportive, team-based environment with the time and resources to prioritize quality over volume.
