Our stores are fast-paced, social, and customer-focused, with our Stylists playing a key role in creating the Subdued experience. We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and style-conscious Stylists to join our Flatiron team . What You’ll Do As a Stylist, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience and the overall energy of the store. Responsibilities include: Welcome customers and create a friendly, engaging shopping experience Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations Stay knowledgeable about current trends, new arrivals, and Subdued collections Help drive sales and contribute to individual and store goals Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed Support fitting rooms and help customers find alternate sizes and styles Assist with register transactions as needed Support opening, closing, and daily store operations Help process deliveries, organize merchandise, and maintain stock areas Work collaboratively with management and the store team to achieve daily goals Represent the Subdued brand through a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine interest in fashion What We’re Looking For A genuine interest in fashion, styling, and current trends Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching and engaging with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented with a desire to meet and exceed goals Energetic and able to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced store environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Previous retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical responsibilities associated with a retail environment Why Join Subdued?
