CNA Instructor (RN) – Make a Difference, One Student at a Time!

Are you a passionate RN who loves teaching and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals? D.I.D. School of Careers is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated CNA Instructor to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

✅ Teach and supervise CNA students in the clinical or classroom setting
✅ Demonstrate proper patient care techniques and safety practices
✅ Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
✅ Complete required clinical documentation and skills checkoffs
✅ Foster a positive, supportive learning environment
✅ Serve as a mentor and role model for future healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

✔ Active Iowa RN License
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
✔ Long-term care experience preferred
✔ Passion for teaching, coaching, and student success
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Ability to inspire confidence and professionalism in students
