We are looking for a dental hygienist to join our team, part time! We are a small friendly practice in Brookline MA, and our hygienists have a vital role in promoting patient wellness. Beyond prevention, their role is to educate, diagnose, and work collaboratively towards sustainable health. Pay $65 - $70 per hour Shift & Schedule Flexible schedule Day shift Day Shift Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays 8:30am - 5pm 1hour lunch break Requirements License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification, Local Anesthesia Certification Preferences Experience: Familiarity with dental assisting and medical imaging techniques Knowledge of medical records management and HIPAA regulations Strong understanding of human anatomy and oral health Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work well in a team environment Proficient in using dental software Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Job Description Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth Take dental x-rays Assess patients' oral health and provide appropriate treatment recommendations Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care Administer local anesthesia as needed Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories Join our team of dedicated professionals in providing quality dental care to our patients.
