Beacon Family Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and highly supportive team. We offer both part-time and full-time flexible scheduling options, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Massachusetts.
CPR Certification and AED Certification.
Proven experience working in a dental office setting.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices and dental medical terminology.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Commitment to following OSHA and COVID-19 safety protocols.
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours in our Brookline office.

Job Description

Perform dental cleanings, periodontal scaling, and other preventive dental care procedures for patients.
Conduct detailed oral health assessments and charting.
Take and develop dental x-rays and assist the dentist during patient treatments as needed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols.
Use surgical clean air environment PPE and follow strict COVID-19 safety measures.
Collaborate with floating dental assistants to optimize patient care and office efficiency.
Maintain sterilization and cleanliness of instruments, rooms, and equipment.
