Logistics Coordinator

Summary Insight Global is seeking a hands‑on Logistics Specialist to support the launch and build‑out of a new warehouse operation in Charlotte. This individual will play a critical role in setting up logistics processes, managing inbound/outbound shipments, and owning SAP‑driven inventory workflows. This is a highly visible role with significant overtime opportunity early on and the ability to help shape operations from the ground up. Responsibilities Help set up and organize warehouse operations, including staging equipment Manage domestic and international shipments from start to delivery Coordinate with freight carriers and schedule inbound/outbound shipments Complete and manage customs documentation Track inventory and shipments using SAP S/4HANA Load/unload shipments and move materials as needed Develop and document basic logistics SOPs Required Skills and Experience Experience with domestic and international shipping Hands‑on experience with customs documentation Experience creating processes or SOPs Comfortable working in both a system‑based and physical warehouse environment Able to work onsite 5 days/week Nice to Have Skills and Experience Experience helping set up or launch a warehouse Background in manufacturing or industrial environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
