Organizational Change Manager

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Organizational Change Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing organizational change related to the implementation of a new platform, ensuring effective adoption and proficiency across stakeholder groups. Key responsibilities Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities, including communication strategy and training workstreams Assess organizational readiness and develop strategies to promote change adoption while identifying and managing resistance Engage project stakeholder groups and support their change management and training needs, tracking implementation readiness and escalating risks as necessary Required qualifications Experience with organizational change management methodologies, such as Prosci Proven ability to develop and oversee communication plans and training programs Strong background in stakeholder engagement and managing change impact assessments Experience in evaluating organizational readiness through assessments and surveys Ability to serve as a strategic thought-partner to project leadership teams
