Job Description

Insight Global is supporting a large Aerospace customer in their urgent search for a skilled Tooling Design engineer. The role will be responsible for day-to-day tooling design and development support for production tooling aids. The focus is on designing and developing tools, tooling, \ngauges, and tooling production aids to support new and existing production processes. \n\nThe schedule for this role is M-F onsite in Lansing, MI 8am-5:30pm, 45 hours per week. No remote or hybrid option. \n\nCompensation Range: $40/hr to $55/hr \n\nExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. \n\nBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
