As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, maintaining accurate logs and records as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate observations, policy concerns, and security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
