The role involves driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity by applying engineering principles and analytical techniques.Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in Process Validation, Lean Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Engineering.Strong skills in Process Engineering and Problem Solving.Good Manufacturing Practices knowledge.Minimum of 5 years of related manufacturing process engineering experience.Demonstrated leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills.Prior work experience in the automotive industry or with automotive components.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesLead projects including delivery and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.Conduct process audits to ensure process discipline aligns with guidelines.Perform job ergonomic evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.Analyze carrier inventory root causes and engage in corrective actions to reduce rejects.Create process and instruction sheets supporting quality methods and processes.Resolve machining-related concerns and lead variability reduction initiatives.Ensure compliance with Plant, Corporate, Governmental, and Environmental standards.Identify throughput constraints and drive root cause improvements.
