Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Specialized Office LPNResponsible for assisting with care and assessment of all age groups within the standard of care set by Parkview Health System and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.Must be a graduate of a school of nursing. Must complete general orientation, patient care orientation, and practice orientation as provided and required.Must have current state licensed practice nurse license. Must have current CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specific areas.Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment. Demonstrates experience in customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently.Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
