GP Craft Inc. (gpgloves.com) is a U.S.-based PPE wholesale and distribution company headquartered in Baldwin Park, California, specializing in nitrile, vinyl, and latex gloves, masks, underpads, and related medical/industrial supply products. We operate across B2B, B2G, and multi-platform e-commerce channels.

We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our customer base across Southern California, with a start date in October 2026.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person/local business visits (field prospecting)
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and deal records in HubSpot CRM
• Build and grow relationships with existing accounts

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of actively hunting new business (not purely inbound)
• Comfortable and experienced with cold calling, email outreach, and face-to-face/local prospecting
• Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong closing ability — able to independently move a deal from first contact to signed account
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluent English communication

Compensation:

• Base pay is tiered and reviewed monthly based on the prior month's net sales performance:
• • Tier 1: $22/hr (at $30,000+ net monthly sales)
  • Tier 2: $26/hr (at $45,000+ net monthly sales)
  • Tier 3: $32/hr (at $55,000+ net monthly sales)
  • New hires start at Tier 1 during the initial ramp-up period
• Commission: 20% of net profit on new client accounts (first year), 5% of net profit on existing/repeat accounts
• Mileage reimbursement ($0.70/mile) for client visits
