IT Desktop Support Specialist

Job Description A law firm in the Houston area is looking for a highly motivated IT Desktop Support Specialist to join their team. You'll be providing full desktop support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically skilled, and thrives on solving problems quickly and efficiently. Day-to-day you will troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows 11 as well as provide support for iPhone related issues. You'll also deliver hands-on desktop and hardware support, including printer installation, setup, and maintenance. This person should be comfortable engaging with executives and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional legal environment. Experience with the setup, configuration, and diagnostics of PC hardware (required) - (Dell laptops and desktops a plus). Strong working knowledge of end-user computing hardware (computers, tablets, mobile phones, IP based desk phones, printers, etc.), including printer installation. Experience with working in Intune and Active Directory for user and computer group management. Experience with working in ServiceNow creating incidents and tasks Must be able to routinely lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds. Experience with using various physical meeting room tools like integrated and stand- AV systems, projectors, microphones, etc. Experience with using various virtual meeting room tools like Teams, WebEx, Zoom, etc. Experience with Azure #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
