IT Support Specialist

IT Support Specialist provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance to end users in a Microsoft-centric environment, handling hardware, software, and mobile device issues while maintaining strong customer service and team collaboration. They resolve tickets, manage identity access, and document solutions to support the organization’s technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users Manage and resolve approximately 10 support tickets per day Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft-related issues Support identity and access management through Okta Provide remote support using TeamViewer Manage and support mobile devices using Microsoft Intune Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions Escalate complex issues when necessary Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users Collaborate with an 8-person Help Desk team to ensure timely issue resolution Qualifications: 3–5 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience Strong experience supporting Microsoft technologies Hands‑on experience with Okta (Identity Management) Experience with TeamViewer or similar remote access tools Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus You have 3-5 years of Microsoft-focused support experience.
