About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Supercircle's Recovery OS, an AI platform that helps leading retail brands turn returns, damages, excess, and consumer trade-ins into value that makes circularity work at scale. That means: The full B2B experience for the largest brands in the world to manage the intelligent recovery of millions of items and the proprietary warehouse tools used in our facilities to intelligently intake, sort, and route every item to the right place. We are the system of record that captures item-level data with a full, auditable chain of custody, and provides a reporting and value-realization layer that brand finance, sustainability, and compliance teams depend on. What You'll Own AI-Driven System of Action Partner with engineering on customer-facing and internal AI capabilities, including automated intake, smart sorting, and intelligent routing. Leverage AI-first tools and methodologies to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, and operational execution. Build customer-facing analytics and reporting suites that clearly quantify financial returns, compliance tracking, and sustainability ROI for partner brands. Continue to accelerate Recovery OS as an indispensable system of record aligned with emerging global compliance, duty, and regulatory standards. Warehouse Processing & Operator Experience Drive frontline software user experience to maximize operator efficiency, processing speed, and accuracy across physical recovery operations. Own key operational throughput metrics, quality assurance, and overall platform adoption within warehouse environments. System of Record & Data Integrity Architect and maintain a scalable item-level data schema to strengthen an audit-ready chain of custody across the product lifecycle. Automate data capture mechanisms to ensure enterprise-grade reliability and precision for executive-level brand reporting. Standardize and unify disparate workflows into a highly configurable, protocol-driven platform to streamline enterprise onboarding. Design self-serve and administrative tools that reduce custom engineering effort when expanding partner integration capabilities. Who You Are You're a systems thinker who finds the engine room as exciting as the user-facing surface. You get energy from building consumer grade B2B experiences along with the connective data backbone tissue. You're deeply AI-native as your actual operating mode and how you work every day. When you see a problem, your instinct is to open a tool and start prototyping, not schedule a meeting. By the time you present an idea, you already have something working. You're comfortable being the only one of your kind. A blank canvas is energizing, and you thrive in an early-stage Series A environment. You can hold your own anywhere: scrappy enough to debug a scan flow on the warehouse floor with three engineers, polished enough to walk a brand CFO through a value-realization report and make the ROI undeniable. The people making circularity happen at the largest brands in the world have previously been handed clunky enterprise tools for decades, and you are genuinely excited to build them something better. Experience We're Looking For Required: AI-native workflows as your actual day-to-day: you can describe what you built with them in the last month A deep understanding of how to define, ship, observe, and manage user-facing AI powered products Data product or system-of-record experience: defining where data is captured, designing chain of custody, building trustworthy reporting on messy real-world inputs Built reporting for external stakeholders who made real decisions from it: finance, compliance, or executive audiences Strongly preferred: A specific story of turning custom or manual processes into a configurable platform ("we had N one-off builds, I collapsed them into one system") Mix of early-stage (Series A–C) experience building from scratch and a scaled operations or data-heavy environment where you developed rigor and measurement discipline Hands-on design of power-user or operator experiences: efficiency, error-proofing, information density, scanner ergonomics Compliance or regulatory reporting background (duty drawback, EPR, financial reconciliation, or similar) Background in recommerce, resale, WMS, fulfillment, fintech reconciliation, or supply-chain tech Why Supercircle We're the de facto technology and supply chain infrastructure for the post-sale economy. 100+ brands run on our physical AI network to route returns, excess, and trade-ins to their highest-value outcome, and we've already returned $50M+ to their P&Ls.
