Step into a dynamic environment supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist in a single-building school community. This contract opportunity welcomes both seasoned professionals and recent graduates ready to make a tangible impact. You'll join a dedicated team focused on fostering student growth and well-being, particularly for children with autism, learning disabilities, speech and language impairments, and those who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Key qualifications:

• Possession of, or experience with, Tier III School Psychologist licensure.
• Openness to candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates.
• Passion for working with diverse student populations, including those with specialized needs.
• Strong assessment, testing, and counseling skills emphasizing effective interpersonal communication.
• Flexibility to work full-time, 5 days per week, or part-time, 3-4 days onsite.

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for approximately 50 students throughout the year.
• Manage up to 10 initial evaluations and multiple reevaluations.
• Provide targeted counseling support for a caseload of about 10 students.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies that enhance student learning and behavioral outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, communicate findings and recommendations, and support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Serve as a collaborative partner with educators and families to drive student success.
