Qualifications Required Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent) from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited educational program. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program conferred prior to 2019 and bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program conferred prior to 2000 may be accepted. Required Experience: None. Required Certification/License/Registry: Current Florida Physical Therapist license. Temporary permit may be accepted.
