Respected regional CPA firm in Sioux Falls has an opening for an Audit Associate who wants broad experience across banking, ag, and nonprofit clients. Highlights - Support financial statement audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures - Perform substantive testing, bank confirmations, and fixed-asset rollforwards - Learn single audit / governmental work if interested - Accounting degree; CPA-eligible or working toward 150 hours; 0–2 years experience - Hybrid days available and limited overnight travel - Interviewing now with a fast hiring timeline Compensation & benefits - Base salary $58,000–$68,000 DOE - Bonus opportunities for performance and CPA passage - Medical, dental, and vision benefits - 401(k) with generous employer match - Life insurance and disability coverage - PTO plus paid holidays and a floating day - CPA exam costs reimbursed; CPE and professional dues paid - Hybrid schedule; busy season hours are reasonable and seasonal - Close-knit team, mentor assigned day one, clear promotion path to Senior
